3. If I place a large order, will there be a discount on the price?

4. How do you ensure production quality?
To ensure production quality, we import advanced production equipment from Europe, and R&D personnel communicate and learn with leading industries in various countries. Skin tests are carried out before the products leave the factory and product samples are retained.

6. Do I need to pay customs duties for my order?
For international orders, customers are considered the importer of the purchased products and are therefore responsible for paying any customs duties, import duties and other fees associated with the purchased products. Our shipping costs do not include customs duties. Import policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

9. What happens if your package is detained by customs?
If it is expected that your package may be detained by customs, we kindly ask you to contact the logistics carrier for further assistance. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days from the date of claim for us to receive updates. During this period, we cannot take any immediate action.
If your package is detained at the local customs and not released, there are two possibilities to consider. The first possibility is that the recipient may need to pay taxes and fees for the release of the package. If this is the case, we kindly ask the recipient to meet this requirement to facilitate the release.
Alternatively, if the package is rejected by customs, we will take necessary measures to ensure your satisfaction. In this case, our customers have two options
Either get a refund, minus only the shipping cost. Or ask us to re-ship again.
We will re-ship free of charge, and if you choose to do so, we will provide you with a new tracking number for your convenience. If
The new shipment is detained at customs again, it is a matter of negotiation. In this case, the situation will be resolved individually.
Please note that if the logistics carrier does not release the package due to the recipient’s failure to pay taxes and fees, no compensation will be made. We kindly ask for your understanding of this.
